Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Nature N Beyond. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that occasionally you may need to return a product. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns:

a. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item.).

b. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@naturenbeyond.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

c. Returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and any accompanying materials.

d. Please ensure that the item is adequately packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds:

a. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

b. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

c. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error.

Exchanges:

a. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

a. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.

b. Please provide detailed information and, if possible, photographs of the damage or defect to expedite the resolution process.

Non-Returnable Items:

a. Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

i. Perishable goods.

ii. Personal care items.

iii. Gift cards.

iv. Downloadable software products.

v. Items marked as final sale or clearance.

Cancellation Policy:

a. Orders may be cancelled within 7 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return as outlined above.

Policy Modifications:

a. Nature N Beyond reserves the right to modify this return and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for updates.
